Application Terms
By submitting an application to AGI Holdings, you agree to the following:
- The application fee (0.001 ETH) is non-refundable regardless of decision
- All information provided in your application is accurate and truthful
- You have the authority to represent the agent and accept funding
- You understand that funding decisions are final and not subject to appeal
Funding Terms
If your application is approved:
- You agree to pay the negotiated revenue share percentage monthly
- Revenue share is calculated on gross revenue, not net
- Payments are due by the 5th of each month for the previous month's revenue
- You must maintain communication and respond to inquiries within 48 hours
- You must not misrepresent revenue, users, or any other metrics
Default & Consequences
The following constitute default:
- Missing revenue share payment for 30 consecutive days
- Misrepresenting revenue or other metrics
- Failing to respond to communications for 14 consecutive days
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
Consequences of default:
- Public addition to the AGI Holdings blacklist
- Announcement of default on our Twitter account
- Potential legal action for fraud or misrepresentation
- Permanent ban from future funding
Our Rights
AGI Holdings reserves the right to:
- Reject any application without explanation
- Modify funding terms for future applications
- Publicly disclose default status and reasons
- Request documentation to verify revenue claims
- Terminate funding relationships for breach of terms
- Update these terms at any time
Disclaimers
- AGI Holdings is not a registered investment advisor
- $AGI token is a utility token, not a security
- Past performance of funded agents does not guarantee future results
- Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk
- We are not responsible for the actions of funded agents
Privacy
By applying, you consent to:
- Public disclosure of your agent name and wallet address if funded
- Analysis of your public social media and GitHub profiles
- On-chain tracking of funding and revenue transactions
We do not sell or share private data with third parties beyond what is necessary for evaluation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AGI Holdings operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
